Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 200°C / 390°F
2. Prepare a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
3. Add all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, granulated sugar and salt to a clean large mixing bowl
4. Whisk together
5. Add unsalted butter and rub in until coarse crumbs form
6. Add orange, buttermilk and orange blossom water
7. Fold in cranberries and mix everything together
8. Turn out on lightly-floured surface
9. Flatten in with your hands until it's about 1" thick and cut out scones
10. Transfer dough to baking sheet
11. Brush with unsalted butter
12. Sprinkle with sugar
13. Bake - 20 min, 200°C / 390°F
