Step preview

  1. Pre-heat - 200°C
  2. Prepare a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  4. Add all purpose flour
  5. Add baking powder
  6. Add baking soda
  7. Add granulated sugar
  8. Add salt
  9. Whisk together
  10. Add cold, cubed unsalted butter
  11. Rub in until coarse crumbs form
  12. Add zest of orange
  13. Add buttermilk
  14. Add orange blossom water to a baking sheet
  15. Add cranberries to a dough and mix
  16. Turn out on lightly-floured surface
  17. Cut out
  18. Transfer dough to baking sheet
  19. Brush with melted unsalted butter
  20. Sprinkle with sugar
  21. Bake - 20 min, 200°C
