Step preview

  1. Pre-heat - 200°C
  2. Prepare a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Add all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, granulated sugar and salt to a clean large mixing bowl
  4. Whisk together
  5. Add unsalted butter to the dough
  6. Rub in until coarse crumbs form
  7. Add orange and buttermilk to the dough
  8. Add orange blossom water to the baking sheet
  9. Add cranberries to the dough and mix
  10. Turn out on lightly-floured surface
  11. Cut out
  12. Transfer dough to baking sheet
  13. Brush with unsalted butter
  14. Sprinkle with sugar
  15. Bake - 20 min, 200°C
