Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside button mushroom: trimmed & sliced
  2. Prep and set aside fresh chives: chopped
  3. Prep and set aside puff pastry: defrosted
  4. Prep and set aside egg: beaten
  5. Pre-heat - 218°C
  6. Get a clean saucepan
  7. Add salt
  8. Add water
  9. Boil
  10. Add broccoli
  11. Cook - 2 min
  12. Get a clean large cast iron skillet
  13. Add olive oil
  14. Heat - medium heat
  15. Add prepared button mushroom
  16. Cook while stirring occasionally - 5 min, medium heat
  17. Stir in gorgonzola cheese
  18. Stir in mascarpone cheese
  19. Stir in sour cream
  20. Add prepared fresh chives
  21. Season with salt & pepper
  22. Add content of saucepan to mixture
  23. Transfer mixture to baking dish
  24. Layer with prepared puff pastry
  25. Brush with prepared egg
  26. Cook until crispy - 25 min, 218°C
  27. Serve immediately
