Double the cheese, double the comfort. This creamy pie is packed with broccoli and mushrooms and topped with flaky puff pastry for a warming dinner.

Step preview

  1. Pre-heat - 218°C
  2. Add salt to a clean saucepan
  3. Add water to the saucepan
  4. Boil
  5. Add broccoli to the saucepan
  6. Cook - 2 min
  7. Add olive oil to a clean large cast iron skillet
  8. Heat - medium heat
  9. Add button mushroom to the large cast iron skillet
  10. Cook while stirring occasionally - 5 min, medium heat
  11. Stir in gorgonzola cheese, mascarpone cheese and sour cream the mixture
  12. Add fresh chives to the mixture
  13. Season with salt & pepper
  14. Add content of saucepan to mixture
  15. Transfer mixture to baking dish
  16. Layer with puff pastry
  17. Brush with egg
  18. Cook until crispy - 25 min, 218°C
  19. Serve immediately
