Step preview

  1. Heat sunflower oil to a clean medium cast iron skillet
  2. Add Thai green curry paste, galangal and green chili to the medium cast iron skillet
  3. Cook - 1 min
  4. Stir in onion and chicken thighs to the medium cast iron skillet
  5. Cook until light golden
  6. Pour coconut milk and chicken stock into the medium cast iron skillet
  7. Add kaffir lime leaves, light brown sugar and fish sauce to the medium cast iron skillet
  8. Boil while stirring occasionally
  9. Get a clean slow cooker bowl
  10. Transfer content of medium cast iron skillet to slow cooker bowl and cover
  11. Cook in slow cooker until tender - 10 hr, low heat
  12. Stir in sugar snap peas and green beans to the slow cooker bowl
  13. Cook until tender - 15 min
  14. Add cilantro to the slow cooker bowl
  15. Get a clean medium bowl
  16. Spoon content of slow cooker bowl into medium bowl
  17. Serve
