Method
1. Heat a clean frying pan - high heat
2. Pour vegetable oil into the frying pan
3. Add chicken breast and fry - approx 1 min
4. Add broccoli and fry until tender - 5 min, high heat
5. Add garlic clove, ginger and fresh chili
6. Cook - 1 min, high heat
7. Add lemon, honey and soy sauce
8. Toss
9. Add egg noodles and water
10. Toss until heated through
11. Divide noodles between medium bowls
12. Garnish with cashew nuts
13. Serve warm
