  1. Get a clean frying pan
  2. Heat frying pan - high heat
  3. Pour vegetable oil into the frying pan
  4. Add chicken breast to the frying pan
  5. Fry - approx 1 min
  6. Add broccoli to the frying pan
  7. Fry in frying pan until tender - 5 min, high heat
  8. Add garlic clove, ginger and fresh chili to the frying pan
  9. Cook in frying pan - 1 min, high heat
  10. Add lemon, honey and soy sauce to the frying pan
  11. Toss
  12. Add egg noodles and water to the frying pan
  13. Toss until heated through
  14. Divide noodles between 4 medium bowls
  15. Garnish with cashew nuts
  16. Serve
