Method
1. Place chicken thighs and onion on a clean slow cooker bowl
2. Add chicken stock, lemon zest, lemon and salt & pepper to a clean medium bowl
3. Mix with tablespoon, pour into slow cooker bowl and cover
4. Cook slow cooker bowl in slow cooker - 30 min, high heat
5. Cook in slow cooker until cooked through - 8 hr, low heat
6. Bring water to boil in a clean large saucepan
7. Ad macaroni and cook until tender - 10 min
8. Transfer chicken mixture to the saucepan and boil for 5 min
9. Add egg, egg yolk, fresh parsley and fresh oregano to the medium bowl
10. Transfer two spoonfuls of the sauce into the egg mixture and whisk until smooth
11. Serve with pasta and pour the sauce over chicken
