  13. Get a clean saucepan
  14. Add dry white wine
  15. Get slow cooker bowl
  16. Add salt & pepper
  17. Add prepared lemon
  18. Get saucepan
  19. Add fish stock
  20. Transfer stock mixture to slow cooker bowl
  21. Boil saucepan
  22. Cover slow cooker bowl
  23. Remove
  24. Cook - 2 hr, low heat
  25. Set aside
  26. Strain content of slow cooker bowl into saucepan
  27. Boil quickly - 5 min
  28. Add butter bit by bit
  29. Whisk in until creamy
  30. Stir in prepared fresh chives
  31. Serve
  32. Drizzle
  33. Garnish with prepared lemon
