  1. Prep and set aside tomato: coarsely chopped
  2. Prep and set aside green bell pepper: cored, seeded & coarsely chopped

  4. Prep and set aside garlic clove: crushed
  5. Prep and set aside dried oregano: chopped

  7. Pre-heat - 205°C
  8. Get a clean baking dish
  9. Arrange prepared tomato
  10. Arrange prepared green bell pepper
  11. Arrange prepared red onion
  12. Get a clean medium bowl
  13. Add prepared garlic clove
  14. Add prepared dried oregano
  15. Add extra virgin olive oil
  16. Add salt & pepper
  17. Mix
  18. Drizzle vegetables with oil mixture
  19. Bake - 10 min, 205°C
  20. Crumble feta cheese
  21. Arrange prepared black olives
  22. Bake - 15 min, 205°C
  23. serve with pita bread
