Step preview

  1. Add water to a clean saucepan
  2. Boil
  3. Add new potatoes to the potatoes
  4. Cook until tender - 5 min
  5. Drain
  6. Heat olive oil to a clean medium cast iron skillet
  7. Add onion to the medium cast iron skillet
  8. Fry until softened
  9. Stir in red bell pepper the tomatoes
  10. Add yellow bell pepper to the tomatoes
  11. Stir in garlic clove the tomatoes
  12. Fry - 3 min
  13. Stir in harissa, tomato, tomato paste and fish stock the tomatoes
  14. Season with salt & pepper
  15. Boil
  16. Add potatoes to slow cooker bowl
  17. Add mackerel to the slow cooker bowl
  18. Transfer tomatoes to slow cooker bowl and cover
  19. Cook in slow cooker until tender - 6 hr, low heat
  20. Serve
