  1. Prep and set aside butter: room temperature
  2. Prep and set aside white chocolate: chopped

  4. Get a clean heatproof bowl
  5. Add sliced baguette
  6. Spread with prepared butter
  7. Layer
  8. Sprinkle with prepared white chocolate
  9. Get a clean small bowl
  10. Add egg yolk
  11. Add superfine sugar
  12. Beat
  13. Get a clean saucepan
  14. Add heavy cream
  15. Add milk
  16. Boil and turn off heat
  17. Pour egg mixture into saucepan slowly while whisking
  18. Stir in vanilla extract
  19. Pour content of saucepan into pudding bowl
  20. Let rest for 10min
  21. Cover with foil
  22. Get a clean slow cooker bowl
  23. Add hot water halfway
  24. Cook pudding bowl for 4h 30min on low heat until set
  25. Pre-heat on high heat
  26. Get a clean saucepan
  27. Add blueberries
  28. Add superfine sugar
  29. Add water
  30. Simmer for approx 15min on medium-low heat
  31. Purée with stick blender
  32. Let cool then set aside
  33. Remove pudding bowl carefully
  34. Grill on high heat until caramelized
  35. Serve
  36. Sprinkle with blueberries
  37. Garnish with prepared white chocolate
  38. Drizzle purée with tablespoon
