  5. Prep and set aside cherry tomatoes: halved
  6. Pre-heat
  7. Get a clean baking sheet
  8. Grease lightly
  9. Roll out puff pastry
  10. Press
  11. Freeze for 5min
  12. Brush with prepared egg
  13. Get a clean medium bowl
  14. Add mascarpone cheese
  15. Add prepared egg
  16. Add prepared parmesan cheese
  17. Add prepared fresh basil
  18. Season with salt & pepper
  19. Mix
  20. Brush mixture with pastry
  21. Arrange prepared cherry tomatoes
  22. Drizzle with olive oil
  23. Bake for 25min until light golden
  24. Serve
