Paneer soaks in all the fragrant flavors of ginger, coriander and garam masala, while green vegetables turn this into a fresh, hearty meal. This would also be delicious as a side dish. Add fresh chili or chili flakes to give it more of a kick!

  1. Prep and set aside paneer: diced
  2. Prep and set aside garlic clove: sliced
  3. Get a clean large cast iron skillet
  4. Add vegetable oil
  5. Heat
  6. Add prepared paneer
  7. Season with salt & pepper well
  8. Cook until light golden - 4 min
  9. Transfer content of large cast iron skillet to plate
  10. Get large cast iron skillet
  11. Add vegetable oil
  12. Add finely chopped onion
  13. Cook in frying pan until softened - 5 min, medium heat
  14. Add finely grated ginger
  15. Add prepared garlic clove
  16. Cook in frying pan - 1 min, medium heat
  17. Add salt & pepper
  18. Add ground coriander
  19. Add paprika
  20. Heat in frying pan - approx 30 sec
  21. Add tomato paste
  22. Add hot vegetable stock
  23. Add green beans
  24. Transfer content of plate to large cast iron skillet
  25. Season with salt & pepper to taste and cover
  26. Simmer - 5 min
  27. Add chopped tomato
  28. Add frozen peas
  29. Cook in frying pan - 3 min
  30. Stir garam masala
  31. Serve
