Method
1. Heat oil in a clean large cast iron skillet
2. Add paneer and season with salt & pepper well
3. Cook until light golden - 4 min
4. Transfer content of large cast iron skillet to plate
5. Add vegetable oil and onion to the skillet
6. Cook until softened - 5 min, medium heat
7. Add ginger and garlic clove
8. Cook for 1 min, medium heat
9. Add salt & pepper, ground coriander and paprika
10. Heat - approx 30 sec
11. Add tomato paste, vegetable stock and green beans
12. Transfer content of plate to large cast iron skillet
13. Season with salt & pepper to taste and cover
14. Simmer - 5 min
15. Add tomato and frozen peas
16. Cook - 3 min
17. Add garam masala and stir
18. Divide among warm bowls and serve with Indian-style bread
