  1. Add vegetable oil to a clean large cast iron skillet
  2. Heat
  3. Add paneer to the large cast iron skillet
  4. Season with salt & pepper well
  5. Cook until light golden - 4 min
  6. Transfer content of large cast iron skillet to plate
  7. Add vegetable oil and onion to the large cast iron skillet
  8. Cook in frying pan until softened - 5 min, medium heat
  9. Add ginger and garlic clove to the large cast iron skillet
  10. Cook in frying pan - 1 min, medium heat
  11. Add salt & pepper, ground coriander and paprika to the large cast iron skillet
  12. Heat in frying pan - approx 30 sec
  13. Add tomato paste, vegetable stock and green beans to the large cast iron skillet
  14. Transfer content of plate to large cast iron skillet
  15. Season with salt & pepper to taste and cover
  16. Simmer - 5 min
  17. Add tomato and frozen peas to the large cast iron skillet
  18. Cook in frying pan - 3 min
  19. Stir garam masala into the large cast iron skillet
  20. Serve
