Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside onion: chopped
  2. Prep and set aside garlic clove: finely chopped
  3. Prep and set aside red bell pepper: cored, seeded & diced
  4. Prep and set aside fresh chili: crushed & dried
  5. Prep and set aside canned tuna: drained
  6. Prep and set aside parmesan cheese: grated
  7. Get a clean medium cast iron skillet
  8. Heat olive oil
  9. Add prepared onion
  10. Fry for 5min until light golden
  11. Stir in prepared garlic clove
  12. Stir in prepared red bell pepper
  13. Stir in smoked paprika
  14. Stir in prepared fresh chili
  15. Cook for 2min
  16. Mix in canned chopped tomatoes
  17. Transfer content of medium cast iron skillet to slow cooker bowl
  18. Mix in fish stock
  19. Season with salt & pepper
  20. Boil
  21. Break prepared canned tuna
  22. Cover
  23. Cook to slow cooker for 4h 30min on low heat
  24. Get a clean large saucepan
  25. Add water
  26. Add salt
  27. Boil
  28. Add spaghetti
  29. Cook for 8min until tender
  30. Drain
  31. Add pasta to slow cooker bowl
  32. Stir
  33. Serve
  34. Garnish with prepared parmesan cheese
  35. Garnish with fresh basil
