  3. Prep and set aside fish stock: hot

  9. Get a clean large cast iron skillet
  10. Heat olive oil
  11. Add prepared onion
  12. Cook until soft - 5 min
  13. Add prepared garlic clove
  14. Cook - 1 min
  15. Stir in fennel seeds
  16. Stir in smoked paprika
  17. Stir in pasta
  18. Stir until coated - 1 min
  19. Pour canned chopped tomatoes
  20. Pour prepared fish stock
  21. Season with salt & pepper
  22. Boil
  23. Simmer - 10 min
  24. Add prepared squid
  25. Add prepared mussels
  26. Add prepared shrimps
  27. Cook until cooked through - 5 min
  28. Get a clean medium bowl
  29. Add mayonnaise
  30. Add prepared garlic clove
  31. Mix with tablespoon
  32. Serve pasta
  33. Sprinkle with prepared fresh parsley
