Pasta and garlic mayonnaise might seem like an unusual combination, but seafood and garlic mayonnaise go well together so it works beautifully here. Spoon creamy dollops of the punchy garlic mayonnaise on top of the pasta to serve.

Step preview

  1. Heat olive oil to a clean large cast iron skillet
  2. Add onion to the large cast iron skillet
  3. Cook until soft - 5 min
  4. Add garlic clove to the pasta
  5. Cook - 1 min
  6. Stir in fennel seeds, smoked paprika and pasta to the pasta
  7. Stir until coated - 1 min
  8. Pour canned chopped tomatoes and fish stock into the pasta
  9. Season with salt & pepper
  10. Boil
  11. Simmer - 10 min
  12. Add squid, mussels and shrimps to the pasta
  13. Cook until cooked through - 5 min
  14. Add mayonnaise and garlic clove to a clean medium bowl
  15. Mix with tablespoon
  16. Serve pasta
  17. Sprinkle with fresh parsley
