  1. Get a clean slow cooker bowl
  2. Add cooking apple, granulated sugar, lemon, lemon juice and blackberries to the slow cooker bowl and cover
  3. Cook in slow cooker while stirring occasionally - 4 hr 30 min, high heat
  4. Warm 4 clean jars - low heat
  5. Spoon jam into 4 jars
  6. Let cool
  7. Store in fridge
