  2. Add butter to a clean medium cast iron skillet
  3. Heat
  4. Add lamb neck fillet to the medium cast iron skillet
  5. Fry until browned while stirring occasionally - high heat
  6. Lift with slotted spoon
  7. Get slow cooker bowl
  8. Transfer content of medium cast iron skillet to slow cooker bowl
  9. Add onion to the medium cast iron skillet
  10. Fry until softened while stirring occasionally - 5 min
  11. Stir in garlic clove, ginger, garam masala, ground turmeric, fresh chili and cumin seeds the medium cast iron skillet
  12. Cook - 1 min
  13. Mix in all purpose flour to the medium cast iron skillet
  14. Add canned chopped tomatoes and lamb stock to the medium cast iron skillet
  15. Boil while stirring occasionally
  16. Retrieve slow cooker bowl
  17. Pour content of medium cast iron skillet into slow cooker bowl and cover
  18. Cook until tender - 10 hr
  19. Stir in heavy cream the slow cooker bowl
  20. Garnish with cilantro, ground coriander and red onion
