  7. Prep and set aside cilantro: torn
  8. Prep and set aside red onion: shredded
  9. Get a clean slow cooker bowl
  10. Get a clean medium cast iron skillet
  11. Add butter
  12. Heat
  13. Add prepared lamb neck fillet
  14. Fry until browned while stirring occasionally - high heat
  15. Lift with slotted spoon
  16. Get slow cooker bowl
  17. Transfer content of medium cast iron skillet to slow cooker bowl
  18. Get medium cast iron skillet
  19. Add prepared onion
  20. Fry until softened while stirring occasionally - 5 min
  21. Stir in prepared garlic clove
  22. Stir in prepared ginger
  23. Stir in garam masala
  24. Stir in ground turmeric
  25. Stir in prepared fresh chili
  26. Stir in prepared cumin seeds
  27. Cook - 1 min
  28. Mix in all purpose flour
  29. Add canned chopped tomatoes
  30. Add lamb stock
  31. Boil while stirring occasionally
  32. Retrieve slow cooker bowl
  33. Pour content of medium cast iron skillet into slow cooker bowl and cover
  34. Cook until tender - 10 hr
  35. Stir in heavy cream
  36. Garnish with prepared cilantro
  37. Garnish with ground coriander
  38. Garnish with prepared red onion
