Step preview

  1. Place canned cannellini bean and scallion on a clean slow cooker bowl
  2. Add fish stock, wholegrain mustard, lemon and salt & pepper to a clean medium bowl
  3. Transfer content of medium bowl to slow cooker bowl
  4. Mix medium bowl with tablespoon
  5. Arrange cod fillet in the slow cooker bowl
  6. Sprinkle with black pepper and cover
  7. Cook in slow cooker - 2 hr, low heat
  8. Transfer
  9. Mash with potato masher
  10. Stir in sour cream, scallion and arugula the slow cooker bowl
  11. Season
  12. Serve
