  1. Prep and set aside canned cannellini bean: drained
  2. Prep and set aside scallion: sliced
  3. Prep and set aside fish stock: boiling
  4. Prep and set aside lemon: grated & juice of

  7. Get a clean slow cooker bowl
  8. Place prepared canned cannellini bean
  9. Place prepared scallion
  10. Get a clean medium bowl
  11. Add prepared fish stock
  12. Add wholegrain mustard
  13. Add prepared lemon
  14. Add salt & pepper
  15. Transfer content of medium bowl to slow cooker bowl
  16. Mix medium bowl with tablespoon
  17. Get slow cooker bowl
  18. Arrange cod fillet
  19. Sprinkle with black pepper and cover
  20. Cook in slow cooker - 2 hr, low heat
  21. Transfer
  22. Mash with potato masher
  23. Stir in sour cream
  24. Stir in prepared scallion
  25. Stir in prepared arugula
  26. Season
  27. Serve
