  1. Add pork ribs, onion, carrot, bay leaves, malt vinegar, black peppercorns and salt to a clean slow cooker bowl
  2. Place water on the meat
  3. Cover
  4. Cook in slow cooker until tender - 7 hr, high heat
  5. Line a clean baking pan with foil
  6. Transfer meat to baking pan and reserve liquid
  7. Pre-heat broiler - high heat
  8. Add English mustard, allspice, tomato paste, brown sugar and maple syrup to a clean medium bowl
  9. Add

  11. Spoon glaze into meat
  12. Broil until browned - 15 min, high heat
  13. Add corn kernels, carrot, plain yogurt, red cabbage, mayonnaise and scallion to a clean medium bowl
  14. Mix with tablespoon
  15. Serve
