  1. Prep and set aside pork ribs: rinsed, cold & drained
  2. Prep and set aside onion: quartered
  3. Prep and set aside carrot: sliced
  4. Prep and set aside water: boiling
  5. Prep and set aside allspice: ground
  6. Prep and set aside corn kernels: defrosted & frozen
  7. Prep and set aside carrot: grated
  8. Prep and set aside red cabbage: shredded
  9. Prep and set aside scallion: sliced
  10. Get a clean slow cooker bowl
  11. Add prepared pork ribs
  12. Add prepared onion
  13. Add prepared carrot
  14. Add bay leaves
  15. Add malt vinegar
  16. Add black peppercorns
  17. Add salt
  18. Place prepared water
  19. Cover
  20. Cook in slow cooker until tender - 7 hr, high heat
  21. Line a clean baking pan with foil
  22. Transfer meat to baking pan and reserve liquid
  23. Pre-heat - high heat
  24. Get a clean medium bowl
  25. Add English mustard
  26. Add prepared allspice
  27. Add tomato paste
  28. Add brown sugar
  29. Add maple syrup
  30. Add
  31. Mix with tablespoon
  32. Spoon glaze into meat
  33. Broil until browned - 15 min, high heat
  34. Get a clean medium bowl
  35. Add prepared corn kernels
  36. Add prepared carrot
  37. Add plain yogurt
  38. Add prepared red cabbage
  39. Add mayonnaise
  40. Add prepared scallion
  41. Mix with tablespoon
  42. Serve
