  1. Prep and set aside fresh chili: seeded & chopped
  2. Prep and set aside red onion: finely sliced
  3. Prep and set aside canned cannellini bean: rinsed & drained
  4. Prepare a clean work surface
  5. Add tuna steak
  6. Rub in olive oil
  7. Season with salt & pepper well
  8. Heat a clean large cast iron skillet - high heat
  9. Transfer fish to large cast iron skillet
  10. Fry evenly until browned - 2 min, high heat
  11. Get a clean medium bowl
  12. Add lemon juice
  13. Add extra virgin olive oil
  14. Season with salt & pepper
  15. Add prepared fresh chili
  16. Add arugula
  17. Add prepared red onion
  18. Add prepared canned cannellini bean
  19. Toss until well combined
  20. Transfer fish to 4 serving plates
  21. serve with salad
