Step preview

  1. Add tuna steak to a clean work surface
  2. Rub in olive oil the fish
  3. Season with salt & pepper well
  4. Heat a clean large cast iron skillet - high heat
  5. Transfer fish to large cast iron skillet
  6. Fry evenly until browned - 2 min, high heat
  7. Add lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil to a clean medium bowl
  8. Season with salt & pepper
  9. Add fresh chili, arugula, red onion and canned cannellini bean to the salad
  10. Toss until well combined
  11. Transfer fish to 4 serving plates
  12. serve with salad
