  1. Prep and set aside pork tenderloin: sliced
  2. Prep and set aside apple juice: warm
  3. Prep and set aside green peppercorns: drained & chopped
  4. Get a clean saucepan
  5. Add salt
  6. Add water
  7. Boil
  8. Add tagliatelle
  9. Cook until al dente
  10. Get a clean large cast iron skillet
  11. Add olive oil
  12. Heat
  13. Add prepared pork tenderloin
  14. Brown - 2 min
  15. Transfer content of large cast iron skillet to plate then set aside
  16. Get large cast iron skillet
  17. Add finely chopped onion
  18. Cook - 5 min
  19. Add chopped garlic clove
  20. Fry until softened - 1 min
  21. Add brandy
  22. Add white wine
  23. Add raisins
  24. Add prepared apple juice
  25. Add prepared green peppercorns
  26. Add juniper berries
  27. Boil - 2 min, high heat
  28. Reduce heat
  29. Stir single cream
  30. Simmer - 5 min
  31. Transfer meat to large cast iron skillet
  32. Cook until cooked through - 5 min
  33. Drain pasta
  34. Transfer pasta to large cast iron skillet
  35. Mix
  36. Serve
