  1. Add salt and water to a clean saucepan
  2. Boil
  3. Add tagliatelle to the pasta
  4. Cook until al dente
  5. Add olive oil to a clean large cast iron skillet
  6. Heat
  7. Add pork tenderloin to the large cast iron skillet
  8. Brown - 2 min
  9. Transfer content of large cast iron skillet to plate then set aside
  10. Add onion to the large cast iron skillet
  11. Cook - 5 min
  12. Add garlic clove to the large cast iron skillet
  13. Fry until softened - 1 min
  14. Add brandy, white wine, raisins, apple juice, green peppercorns and juniper berries to the large cast iron skillet
  15. Boil - 2 min, high heat
  16. Reduce heat
  17. Stir single cream into the large cast iron skillet
  18. Simmer - 5 min
  19. Transfer meat to large cast iron skillet
  20. Cook until cooked through - 5 min
  21. Drain pasta
  22. Transfer pasta to large cast iron skillet
  23. Mix
  24. Serve
