Tender chunks of fish and potato in a spiced, flavorful broth. This soup will warm you from the inside out. Feel free to bump up the heat with extra chili flakes if you like your food extra spicy.

Step preview

  1. Heat olive oil to a clean large saucepan
  2. Add garlic clove to the large saucepan
  3. Cook - 30 sec
  4. Stir in fish stock, ground cumin and red pepper flakes to the soup
  5. Season with salt & pepper
  6. Add new potatoes to the soup
  7. Boil
  8. Reduce
  9. Simmer - 12 min
  10. Add tomato and fish fillet to the soup
  11. Cook until cooked through - 5 min
  12. Add lemon juice to the soup
  13. Season
  14. Get a clean medium bowl
  15. Ladle soup into medium bowl
  16. Serve
  17. Garnish with mint and cilantro
