Tender chunks of fish and potato in a spiced, flavorful broth. This soup will warm you from the inside out. Feel free to bump up the heat with extra chili flakes if you like your food extra spicy.

  1. Prep and set aside garlic clove: chopped
  2. Prep and set aside fish stock: hot
  3. Prep and set aside red pepper flakes: dried
  4. Prep and set aside new potatoes: halved
  5. Prep and set aside tomato: chopped
  6. Prep and set aside fish fillet: skinned & firm
  7. Prep and set aside mint: finely chopped
  8. Prep and set aside cilantro: finely chopped
  9. Get a clean large saucepan
  10. Heat olive oil
  11. Add prepared garlic clove
  12. Cook - 30 sec
  13. Stir in prepared fish stock
  14. Stir in ground cumin
  15. Stir in prepared red pepper flakes
  16. Season with salt & pepper
  17. Add prepared new potatoes
  18. Boil
  19. Reduce
  20. Simmer - 12 min
  21. Add prepared tomato
  22. Add prepared fish fillet
  23. Cook until cooked through - 5 min
  24. Add lemon juice
  25. Season
  26. Get a clean medium bowl
  27. Ladle soup into medium bowl
  28. Serve
  29. Garnish with prepared mint
  30. Garnish with prepared cilantro
