  1. Add butter and sunflower oil to a clean medium cast iron skillet
  2. Heat
  3. Add chicken thighs to the medium cast iron skillet
  4. Fry until browned - high heat
  5. Get a clean slow cooker bowl
  6. Transfer content of medium cast iron skillet to slow cooker bowl
  7. Add bacon and leek to the medium cast iron skillet
  8. Fry until light golden - 5 min
  9. Stir in all purpose flour to the medium cast iron skillet
  10. Mix in chicken stock, wholegrain mustard and salt & pepper to the medium cast iron skillet gradually
  11. Boil
  12. Retrieve slow cooker bowl
  13. Pour content of medium cast iron skillet into slow cooker bowl and cover
  14. Cook in slow cooker - 10 hr, low heat
  15. Add
  16. Cook in slow cooker until softened - 15 min, low heat
  17. Serve
