  1. Get a clean slow cooker bowl
  2. Place pork ribs on the slow cooker bowl
  3. Add apple, onion, chicken stock, light brown sugar and balsamic vinegar to the slow cooker bowl
  4. Add English mustard, cornstarch and water to a clean small bowl
  5. Pour water into the small bowl gradually
  6. Mix with tablespoon until smooth
  7. Transfer mixture to pork and cover
  8. Cook in slow cooker - 30 min, high heat
  9. Cook in slow cooker until tender - 7 hr 30 min, low heat
  10. Serve
  11. Garnish with fresh chives
