Method
1. Add pork ribs to a clean slow cooker bowl
2. Add apple, onion, chicken stock, light brown sugar and balsamic vinegar
3. Add English mustard, cornstarch and water to a clean small bowl
4. Pour water into the small bowl gradually
5. Mix with tablespoon until smooth
6. Transfer mixture to pork and cover
7. Cook in slow cooker - 30 min, high heat
8. Cook in slow cooker until tender - 7 hr 30 min, low heat
9. Garnish with fresh chives
10. Serve with mashed potato and Brussel sprouts
