  1. Prep and set aside onion: chopped
  2. Prep and set aside garlic clove: finely chopped
  3. Prep and set aside paprika: hot
  4. Prep and set aside red pepper flakes: dried
  5. Prep and set aside tomato: chopped
  6. Prep and set aside canned red kidney beans: drained
  7. Prep and set aside sour cream
  8. Get a clean medium cast iron skillet
  9. Heat sunflower oil
  10. Add ground beef
  11. Add prepared onion
  12. Fry evenly until browned
  13. Stir in prepared garlic clove
  14. Add prepared paprika
  15. Add ground cumin
  16. Add prepared red pepper flakes
  17. Add ground cinnamon
  18. Add bay leaves
  19. Cook for approx 1min
  20. Add prepared tomato
  21. Add prepared canned red kidney beans
  22. Add dark brown sugar
  23. Add beef stock
  24. Add bittersweet chocolate
  25. Season with salt & pepper
  26. Boil while stirring occasionally
  27. Transfer content of medium cast iron skillet to slow cooker bowl and cover
  28. Cook for 9h on low heat until just cooked
  29. Transfer mixture to 4 serving plates
  30. Drizzle with prepared sour cream
  31. Serve
