Step preview

  1. Add quinoa and water to a clean saucepan
  2. Cook - 15 min
  3. Add butter, fresh sage, lemon and fresh chives to a clean medium bowl
  4. Pre-heat a clean large cast iron skillet
  5. Transfer fish to large cast iron skillet
  6. Mix medium bowl
  7. Add salt & pepper, salmon filet and olive oil to the medium bowl
  8. Rub
  9. Cook large cast iron skillet carefully - 6 min, high heat
  10. Remove then set aside
  11. Stir
  12. Add lemon to the quinoa
  13. Season with salt & pepper to taste
  14. Transfer fish to 4 serving plates
  15. Transfer quinoa to 4 serving plates evenly
  16. Serve
