Method
1. Add quinoa and water to a clean saucepan
2. Cook - 15 min
3. Add butter, fresh sage, lemon and fresh chives to a clean medium bowl and mix
4. Pre-heat a clean large cast iron skillet
5. Add salt & pepper to taste, salmon filet and olive oil to another medium bowl and rub
6. Transfer fish to large cast iron skillet
7. Cook carefully - 6 min, high heat
8. Remove then set aside
9. Add lemon to the quinoa
10. Season with salt & pepper to taste
11. Transfer fish to 4 serving plates
12. Transfer quinoa to 4 serving plates evenly
13. Top each piece with a knob of sage butter
