  7. Prep and set aside water: boiling

  9. Prep and set aside egg noodles: dried
  10. Prep and set aside pak choi: sliced
  11. Prep and set aside snow peas: sliced
  12. Get a clean slow cooker bowl
  13. Add prepared whole chicken
  14. Add star anise pod
  15. Add prepared garlic clove
  16. Add soy sauce
  17. Add prepared onion
  18. Add prepared carrot
  19. Add prepared ginger
  20. Add prepared fresh chili
  21. Add rice vinegar
  22. Add light brown sugar
  23. Pour prepared water
  24. Add cilantro
  25. Season with salt & pepper and cover
  26. Cook to slow cooker for 5h 30min on high heat until cooked through
  27. Get a clean medium bowl
  28. Add prepared water
  29. Add prepared egg noodles
  30. Soak for 5min
  31. Remove slow cooker bowl
  32. Cover with foil
  33. Add prepared pak choi
  34. Add prepared snow peas and cover
  35. Cook to slow cooker for 10min on high heat
  36. Drain noodles
  37. Transfer noodles to 4 large serving bowls
  38. Transfer content of slow cooker bowl to 4 large serving bowls
  39. Serve
