  1. Add olive oil to a clean large saucepan
  2. Heat
  3. Add onion and chorizo to the large saucepan
  4. Cook until softened - 2 min
  5. Stir in garlic clove the large saucepan
  6. Add canned chopped tomatoes, chicken stock and saffron threads to the large saucepan
  7. Season with salt & pepper
  8. Boil until cooked through
  9. Add chicken breast and red bell pepper to the large saucepan
  10. Simmer - 12 min
  11. Add white rice and frozen peas to the large saucepan
  12. Cook until heated through - 3 min
  13. Get a clean medium bowl
  14. Ladle content of large saucepan into medium bowl
  15. Serve
