This quick and easy stir-fry is ready in no time making it the perfect midweek meal. The steak cooks fast, so prepare all your ingredients before you start to avoid overcooking it.
Ingredients
Udon noodles115 gcooked
Steak340 gsliced
Vegetable oil2 tablespoons
Ginger1 teaspoonfinely grated
Garlic clove2sliced
Collard greens110 gchopped
Teriyaki sauce70 g
Sesame seeds1 tablespoon
Method
1. Heat vegetable oil in a clean frying pan
2. Add steak to the frying pan
3. Cook until browned - 1 min
4. Transfer meat to plate then set aside
5. Add ginger, garlic clove and collard greens to the frying pan
6. Fry in frying pan - approx 3 min
7. Add meat, teriyaki sauce and udon noodles to the frying pan
8. Cook in frying pan until heated through
9. Garnish with sesame seeds
10. Serve immediately
