This quick and easy stir-fry is ready in no time making it the perfect midweek meal. The steak cooks fast, so prepare all your ingredients before you start to avoid overcooking it.

  • Udon noodles icon
    Udon noodles115 gcooked
  • Steak icon
    Steak340 gsliced
  • Vegetable oil icon
    Vegetable oil2 tablespoons
  • Ginger icon
    Ginger1 teaspoonfinely grated
  • Garlic clove icon

  • Collard greens icon
    Collard greens110 gchopped
  • Teriyaki sauce icon

    Method

  • 1. Heat vegetable oil in a clean frying pan
  • 2. Add steak to the frying pan
  • 3. Cook until browned - 1 min
  • 4. Transfer meat to plate then set aside
  • 5. Add ginger, garlic clove and collard greens to the frying pan
  • 6. Fry in frying pan - approx 3 min
  • 7. Add meat, teriyaki sauce and udon noodles to the frying pan
  • 8. Cook in frying pan until heated through
  • 9. Garnish with sesame seeds
  • 10. Serve immediately
