Step preview

  1. Heat olive oil to a clean large cast iron skillet
  2. Add chicken breast to the large cast iron skillet
  3. Season with salt & pepper to taste
  4. Cook - 5 min
  5. Turn
  6. Cook until lightly browned - 2 min
  7. Add olive oil, garlic clove and kale to the large cast iron skillet and cover
  8. Cook until cooked through - 7 min
  9. Stir in green lentils to the large cast iron skillet
  10. Add lemon juice and cherry tomatoes to the large cast iron skillet
  11. Cut
  12. Get a clean plate
  13. Arrange content of large cast iron skillet in plate
  14. Sprinkle with soft goat cheese
  15. Serve immediately
