Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside chicken breast: skinned
  2. Prep and set aside garlic clove: sliced
  3. Prep and set aside kale: chopped
  4. Prep and set aside green lentils: rinsed, drained & canned
  5. Prep and set aside soft goat cheese: crumbled
  6. Get a clean large cast iron skillet
  7. Heat olive oil
  8. Add prepared chicken breast
  9. Season with salt & pepper to taste
  10. Cook for 5min
  11. Turn
  12. Cook for 2min until lightly browned
  13. Add olive oil
  14. Add prepared garlic clove
  15. Add prepared kale and cover
  16. Cook for 7min until cooked through
  17. Stir in prepared green lentils
  18. Add lemon juice
  19. Add cherry tomatoes
  20. Cut
  21. Get a clean plate
  22. Arrange content of large cast iron skillet in plate
  23. Sprinkle with prepared soft goat cheese
  24. Serve immediately
