Warming and boozy, this adults-only treat will cook away in the slow cooker, making it the perfect winter warmer after a long walk. For gingered cider toddy, replace the whiskey with ½ cup ginger wine and 2 tablespoons finely chopped stem ginger and make up the recipe as shown.
