Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 190°C
  2. Add cod fillet to a clean work surface
  3. Season with salt & pepper
  4. Transfer fish to medium roasting dish
  5. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil
  6. Sprinkle with raisins and pine nuts
  7. Bake until cooked through - approx 20 min, 190°C
  8. Sprinkle with garlic clove
  9. Add spinach to the medium roasting dish
  10. Season with salt & pepper
  11. Bake - 5 min, 190°C
  12. Serve
  13. Serve rustic french bread with the medium roasting dish
  14. Spoon
  15. Garnish with lemon
