  1. Prep and set aside carrot: sliced
  2. Prep and set aside celery stalk: sliced
  3. Prep and set aside water: boiling
  4. Prep and set aside fresh parsley: chopped
  5. Get a clean slow cooker bowl
  6. Add chicken carcass
  7. Add onion
  8. Add prepared carrot
  9. Add prepared celery stalk
  10. Add bouquet garni
  11. Add prepared water
  12. Season with salt & pepper
  13. Cook to slow cooker for 6h on high heat
  14. Strain with sieve
  15. Retrieve slow cooker bowl
  16. Add vermicelli
  17. Cook to slow cooker for 20min on high heat until just cooked
  18. Garnish with prepared fresh parsley
  19. Serve
