  2. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Get a clean medium bowl
  4. Add gluten-free flour
  5. Add ground flaxseed
  6. Add gluten-free baking powder
  7. Add baking soda
  8. Whisk until well combined then set aside
  9. Get a clean stand mixer bowl
  10. Add room temperature salted butter
  11. Add coconut sugar
  12. Cream together
  13. Get a clean small bowl
  14. Add egg
  15. Add vanilla extract and mix
  16. Transfer wet ingredients to dough while mixing
  17. Transfer dry ingredients to dough gradually and mix
  18. Add chocolate chips and mix
  19. Transfer dough to baking sheet
  20. Bake until golden brown - 14 min, 175°C
