Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 175°C
  2. Add quick-cooking oats, all purpose flour, garam masala, baking soda, baking powder and salt to a clean medium bowl
  3. Add unsalted butter, granulated sugar and dark brown sugar to a clean stand mixer bowl
  4. Beat until creamy - medium speed
  5. Add egg to the dough balls
  6. Mix in one by one until light and fluffy
  7. Add vanilla extract to the dough balls
  8. Transfer dry ingredients to dough balls
  9. Stir until just combined
  10. Add raisins to the dough balls
  11. Stir
  12. Form into balls
  13. Prepare with parchment paper
  14. Transfer dough balls to baking sheet
  15. Bake until light golden and let cool - 12 min, 175°C
  16. Serve
