Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 175°C / 350°F
2. In a clean medium bowl mix together quick-cooking oats, all purpose flour, garam masala, baking soda, baking powder and salt
3. Add unsalted butter, granulated sugar and dark brown sugar to a clean stand mixer bowl
4. Beat until creamy - medium speed
5. Mix in egg one by one until light and fluffy
6. Add vanilla extract and dry ingredients
7. Stir until just combined
8. Mix in raisins
9. Form into balls
10. Line baking sheet with parchment paper
11. Transfer dough balls to baking sheet
12. Bake until light golden and let cool - 12 min, 175°C / 350°F
13. Serve
