    Method

  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 175°C / 350°F
  • 2. In a clean medium bowl mix together quick-cooking oats, all purpose flour, garam masala, baking soda, baking powder and salt
  • 3. Add unsalted butter, granulated sugar and dark brown sugar to a clean stand mixer bowl
  • 4. Beat until creamy - medium speed
  • 5. Mix in egg one by one until light and fluffy
  • 6. Add vanilla extract and dry ingredients
  • 7. Stir until just combined
  • 8. Mix in raisins
  • 9. Form into balls
  • 10. Line baking sheet with parchment paper
  • 11. Transfer dough balls to baking sheet
  • 12. Bake until light golden and let cool - 12 min, 175°C / 350°F
  • 13. Serve
