A very simple but yet incredibly delicious start to any day. These individual baked eggs are packed with spinach, smoked salmon and cheese.

  • Black pepper icon

  • Swiss cheese icon
    Swiss cheeseas neededfinely grated
  • Smoked salmon icon
    Smoked salmonas needed
  • Egg icon

  • Pink himalayan salt flakes icon

    Method

  • 1. Pre-heat oven with grill function to 200°C
  • 2. Add smoked salmon (or ham or baby spinach) to the clean ramekins
  • 3. Crack egg into each ramekin
  • 4. Add a dash of cream, black pepper and pink salt flakes to each ramekin
  • 5. Top with swiss cheese
  • 6. Add water to the TM5 bowl
  • 7. Transfer ramekins to varoma tray
  • 8. Steam - approx 10 min, Varoma, speed 3
  • 9. Transfer ramekins to an ovenproof tray and bake until light golden - 10 min, 200°C
  • 10. Serve hot
