Step preview

  1. Add garlic clove, fresh chili, dark brown sugar, dark soy sauce and clementine to the TM5 bowl
  2. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 10
  4. Add prawns to a clean medium bowl
  5. Transfer marinade to fish
  6. Marinate in fridge - 2 hr
  7. Assemble
  8. Pre-heat Grill
  9. Brush with extra virgin olive oil
  10. Grill until cooked through
  11. Add clementine to the fish
  12. Garnish with cilantro
  13. Serve immediately
