Easy and delicious shrimp skewers, ready for BBQ season. And whipped up in no time if you are organized with the marinating. Flavor favor!

    Method

  • 1. Add garlic clove, fresh chili, dark brown sugar, dark soy sauce and clementine juice to the TM bowl
  • 2. Blend with MC on - 10 sec, speed 10
  • 3. Pour over the prawns and allow to marinate for 2 hours
  • 4. Brush BBQ or flat grill plate with oil and heat on a medium heat until just smoking
  • 5. Thread prawns onto each wooden or metal skewer and grill until cooked through
  • 6. Grill a couple of mandarin halves cut side down and serve on the side
  • 7. Garnish with cilantro
  • 8. Serve immediately
