Breakfast, brunch or lunch, these coconut waffles can be served savoury or sweet. For something different, serve them with avocado, salmon and lime.

    METHOD


  • 1. Add cornflour, shredded coconut, coconut cream, sea salt, egg, coconut sugar and butter to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Blend - approx 20 sec, speed 8
  • 3. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  • 4. Blend - approx 20 sec, speed 8
  • 5. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  • 6. Let rest - 20 min
  • 7. Blend - approx 20 sec, speed 8
  • 8. Heat waffle iron
  • 9. Cook until light golden
  • 10. Top with avocado
  • 11. Add salmon filet and scallion to the TM5 bowl
  • 12. Drizzle
  • 13. Serve with lime
