Method
1. Add unsalted butter, peanut butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar to a clean large mixing bowl
2. Mix well
3. Add egg and vanilla extract to the dough and mix
4. Add sea salt, cocoa powder, all purpose flour and baking soda
5. Mix well
6. Add dark chocolate to the dough and mix
7. Chill in fridge - 1 hr
8. Pre-heat oven - 190°C / 375°F
9. Prepare a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
10. Scoop dough onto baking sheet
11. Bake and let cool - 10 min, 190°C / 375°F
12. Add dark chocolate to a clean small bowl
13. Melt in microwave
14. Pipe chocolate mixture onto baking sheet
15. Sprinkle with sea salt
16. Leave until set
