  2. Prep and set aside lamb shoulder: cubed
  3. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  4. Add butter
  5. Add onion
  6. Add garlic clove
  7. Add prepared ginger
  8. Add fresh chili
  9. Add ground cumin
  10. Add ground coriander
  11. Add garam masala
  12. Add paprika
  13. Chop for approx 3s
  14. Sauté for approx 8min
  15. Add prepared lamb shoulder
  16. Add balsamic vinegar
  17. Add lamb stock
  18. Cook for approx 45min
  19. Add greek yogurt
  20. Add single cream
  21. Cook for approx 3min
  22. Season to taste
  23. Serve
  24. Garnish with cilantro
