These fragrant little crackers are flavored with cumin seeds. They are gluten free, dairy free, sugar free, paleo and specific carbohydrate diet friendly. They keep well in an airtight container for a week, if they last that long.

Ingredients

Step preview

  1. Pre-heat - 150°C
  2. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Add almond flour, cumin seeds and sea salt to a clean large mixing bowl
  4. Blitz
  5. Add egg to the dough
  6. Mix slowly until coarse crumbs form
  7. Roll out until 1/4" thick
  8. Cut out into squares with pizza cutter
  9. Transfer dough to baking sheet
  10. Bake until light golden - 10 min
  11. Let cool
