These fragrant little crackers are flavored with cumin seeds. They are gluten free, dairy free, sugar free, paleo and specific carbohydrate diet friendly. They keep well in an airtight container for a week, if they last that long.

Step preview

  1. Pre-heat - 150°C
  2. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  4. Add almond flour
  5. Add cumin seeds
  6. Add coarse sea salt
  7. Blitz
  8. Add egg
  9. Mix slowly until coarse crumbs form
  10. Roll out until 1/4" thick
  11. Cut out into squares with pizza cutter
  12. Transfer dough to baking sheet
  13. Bake until light golden - 10 min
  14. Let cool
