    Method

  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 150°C / 300°F
  • 2. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  • 3. Add almond flour, cumin seeds and sea salt to the food processor bowl and blitz until smooth
  • 4. Add egg and mix slowly until coarse crumbs form
  • 5. Roll out between 2 sheets of parchment paper until 1/4" thick
  • 6. Cut out into squares with pizza cutter
  • 7. Transfer to the baking sheet and bake until light golden - 10 min
  • 8. Let cool and serve
