A quick and healthy pasta recipe that's super simple to make. As you're using few, basic ingredients try to get fresh seafood if you can. Juicy tomatoes, sweet jumbo shrimp, and hot diced chili make an impressive but simple sauce for al dente spaghetti. Even better with garlic bread and a glass of wine. The perfect midweek dinner.

  1. Prep and set aside scallion: sliced
  2. Prep and set aside garlic clove: crushed
  3. Prep and set aside fresh chili: deseeded & chopped
  4. Prep and set aside tomato: peeled & deseeded
  5. Prep and set aside shrimps: peeled & deveined
  6. Pre-heat
  7. Get a clean large roasting dish
  8. Add olive oil
  9. Add prepared scallion
  10. Add prepared garlic clove
  11. Add prepared fresh chili
  12. Cook for 5min
  13. Add prepared tomato
  14. Sprinkle with salt
  15. Cook for 5min
  16. Get a clean large saucepan
  17. Add water
  18. Add salt
  19. Boil
  20. Add spaghetti
  21. Cook until al dente
  22. Drain
  23. Return
  24. Stir tomatoes into large saucepan
  25. Get a clean large roasting dish
  26. Transfer content of large saucepan to large roasting dish
  27. Scatter prepared shrimps
  28. Brush with olive oil
  29. Cook for 8min until cooked through
  30. Serve
