This herby pasta dish will make you wonder why you don’t cook with smoked trout more often. It would also be delicious with smoked salmon.

    400 g (about 3 ¾ cups)
  • Unsalted butter icon

    125 g (about ½ cup)

Step preview

  1. Add water and salt to a clean large saucepan
  2. Boil
  3. Add linguine to the pasta
  4. Cook until al dente
  5. Get a clean large saucepan
  6. Heat - low heat
  7. Melt unsalted butter the large saucepan
  8. Add smoked trout fillet, scallion, tarragon, fresh chives, fresh parsley and lemon to the large saucepan
  9. Drain pasta
  10. Transfer pasta to mixture
  11. Toss until completely mixed
  12. Season with salt & pepper
  13. Serve immediately
