  1. Prep and set aside figs: quartered
  2. Prep and set aside cherry tomatoes: halved
  3. Prep and set aside soft goat cheese
  4. Prep and set aside dried thyme: chopped
  5. Prep and set aside parmesan cheese: grated
  6. Pre-heat - 200°C
  7. Prepare a clean lightly floured surface
  8. Roll out puff pastry
  9. Prick
  10. Get a clean baking sheet
  11. Transfer pastry to baking sheet
  12. Brush with beaten egg
  13. Bake - 12 min, 200°C
  14. Remove and press down
  15. Spread with black olive tapenade
  16. Arrange prepared figs
  17. Arrange prepared cherry tomatoes
  18. Crumble prepared soft goat cheese
  19. Sprinkle with prepared dried thyme
  20. Sprinkle with prepared parmesan cheese
  21. Return until light golden - 8 min, 200°C
  22. Serve
