  1. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  2. Roll out puff pastry onto a clean lightly floured surface
  3. Prick
  4. Get a clean baking sheet
  5. Transfer pastry to baking sheet
  6. Brush with egg
  7. Bake - 12 min, 200°C
  8. Remove and press down
  9. Spread with black olive tapenade
  10. Arrange figs and cherry tomatoes in the baking sheet
  11. Crumble soft goat cheese over the baking sheet
  12. Sprinkle with dried thyme and parmesan cheese
  13. Return until light golden - 8 min, 200°C
  14. Serve
