    50g (about 2⅛ cups)

    150ml (½ cup)

Step preview

  1. Add water to a clean large saucepan
  2. Boil
  3. Add salt and fusilli to the pasta
  4. Cook until al dente
  5. Add tomato, garlic clove, pine nuts and arugula to a clean large mixing bowl
  6. Pour olive oil into the large mixing bowl
  7. Mix with tablespoon
  8. Add salt & pepper to the large mixing bowl
  9. Drain pasta
  10. Transfer pasta to large mixing bowl
  11. Toss until well combined
  12. Serve immediately
