  1. Prep and set aside egg: beaten
  2. Pre-heat
  3. Get a clean food processor bowl
  4. Add butter
  5. Add golden caster sugar
  6. Add light brown sugar
  7. Add prepared egg
  8. Add brown rice flour
  9. Add baking soda
  10. Add cocoa powder
  11. Blitz until smooth
  12. Stir in dark chocolate chips
  13. Form into a ball
  14. Prepare a clean work surface
  15. Dust with brown rice flour lightly
  16. Transfer dough to work surface
  17. Divide into balls with dough scraper
  18. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper
  19. Transfer dough balls to baking sheet
  20. Press gently
  21. Bake for 10min
  22. Let cool for 5min until hard
  23. Let cool on round wire rack until completely cool
