Step preview

  1. Pre-heat - 180°C
  2. Add butter, golden caster sugar, light brown sugar, egg, brown rice flour, baking soda and cocoa powder to a clean food processor bowl
  3. Blitz until smooth
  4. Stir in dark chocolate chips the dough
  5. Form into a ball
  6. Dust a clean work surface lightly with brown rice flour
  7. Transfer dough to dough balls
  8. Divide into balls with dough scraper
  9. Prepare a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  10. Transfer dough balls to baking sheet
  11. Press gently
  12. Bake - 10 min, 180°C
  13. Let cool until hard - 5 min
  14. Let cool on round wire rack until completely cool
