  1. Prep and set aside sesame seeds: toasted
  2. Prep and set aside ginger: peeled & grated
  3. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  4. Add ground chicken
  5. Add finely chopped green onion
  6. Add finely chopped cilantro
  7. Add prepared sesame seeds
  8. Add soy sauce
  9. Add prepared ginger
  10. Add egg white
  11. Mix until well combined
  12. Form into rounds
  13. Chill in fridge - 1 hr
  14. Get a clean frying pan
  15. Add sesame oil
  16. Add sunflower oil
  17. Heat in frying pan - medium heat
  18. Transfer chicken to frying pan
  19. Cook each side until cooked through - approx 5 min, medium heat
  20. Transfer content of frying pan to serving plate
  21. Serve sweet chili sauce
