These tasty mini chicken patties would be popular on a party buffet. They could also be made as meatballs to serve with toothpicks!

Step preview

  1. Add ground chicken, green onion, cilantro, sesame seeds, soy sauce, ginger and egg white to a clean large mixing bowl
  2. Mix until well combined
  3. Form into rounds
  4. Chill in fridge - 1 hr
  5. Add sesame oil and sunflower oil to a clean frying pan
  6. Heat in frying pan - medium heat
  7. Transfer chicken to frying pan
  8. Cook each side until cooked through - approx 5 min, medium heat
  9. Transfer content of frying pan to serving plate
  10. Serve with sweet chili sauce
