Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside parmesan cheese: finely grated
  2. Get a clean large saucepan
  3. Add salt
  4. Boil
  5. Add water
  6. Add spaghetti
  7. Cook until al dente
  8. Get a clean frying pan
  9. Add olive oil
  10. Heat in frying pan
  11. Add cubed pancetta
  12. Fry in frying pan until crispy - 5 min, high heat
  13. Get a clean small bowl
  14. Add egg
  15. Add prepared parmesan cheese
  16. Add fresh parsley
  17. Add single cream
  18. Beat until well combined
  19. Season with salt & pepper then set aside
  20. Drain pasta
  21. Transfer pasta to frying pan
  22. Cook in frying pan while stirring occasionally - low heat
  23. Pour egg mixture into frying pan
  24. Stir quickly
  25. Remove
  26. Stir until creamy
  27. Serve immediately
