  1. Prep and set aside turkey: minced
  2. Prep and set aside tinned green lentils: drained
  3. Prep and set aside onion: sliced
  4. Prep and set aside garlic clove: finely chopped
  5. Prep and set aside ginger: peeled & finely chopped
  6. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  7. Add prepared turkey
  8. Add prepared tinned green lentils
  9. Add salt & pepper
  10. Add egg yolk
  11. Mix
  12. Form into balls
  13. Get a clean frying pan
  14. Add olive oil
  15. Heat
  16. Transfer meat to frying pan
  17. Brown each side
  18. Transfer content of frying pan to slow cooker bowl
  19. Retrieve frying pan
  20. Add prepared onion
  21. Add prepared garlic clove
  22. Fry until softened
  23. Add ground turmeric
  24. Add ground cumin
  25. Add ground cinnamon
  26. Add ground coriander
  27. Add prepared ginger
  28. Stir
  29. Cook in frying pan - 1 min
  30. Add canned chopped tomatoes
  31. Add chicken stock
  32. Season with salt & pepper
  33. Stir
  34. Heat until just boiling - medium heat
  35. Pour content of frying pan into slow cooker bowl
  36. Cook until cooked through - approx 7 hr, low heat
  37. Stir
  38. Serve
