Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside fresh parsley: coarsely chopped
  2. Prep and set aside salt & pepper
  3. Get a clean colander
  4. Add mussels
  5. Clean
  6. Get a clean saucepan
  7. Melt butter
  8. Add finely chopped onion
  9. Add finely chopped garlic clove
  10. Fry gently for approx 2min until softened
  11. Transfer content of colander to saucepan
  12. Add white wine
  13. Cover
  14. Cook for approx 5min
  15. Uncover
  16. Add single cream
  17. Heat briefly
  18. Add prepared fresh parsley
  19. Season with prepared salt & pepper
  20. Serve
