Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside garlic clove: chopped
  2. Prep and set aside canned chickpeas: drained & rinsed
  3. Pre-heat on high heat
  4. Get a clean blender jug
  5. Add sundried tomato
  6. Add dried oregano
  7. Add red wine vinegar
  8. Add smoked paprika
  9. Add prepared garlic clove
  10. Add fresh chili
  11. Blend until combined
  12. Season with salt & pepper well
  13. Blend until smooth
  14. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  15. Add turkey breast
  16. Transfer marinade to turkey
  17. Mix with tablespoon until well combined
  18. Marinate in fridge then set aside
  19. Get a clean food processor bowl
  20. Add prepared canned chickpeas
  21. Add lime juice
  22. Add with tablespoon
  23. Pulse briefly until smooth
  24. Line a baking sheet with foil
  25. Arrange turkey in baking sheet
  26. Grill for 7min on high heat until cooked through
  27. Serve
  28. Add lime
  29. Serve sour cream
  30. Arrange flour tortilla
